Yes. We serve Phoenix broadly, including Downtown Phoenix, Ahwatukee, Arcadia, Biltmore, North Central Phoenix, Desert Ridge, Moon Valley, Sunnyslope, Encanto, Paradise Valley Village, and Laveen. Our service area covers zip codes 85003, 85004, 85007, 85012, 85013, 85014, 85016, 85018, 85020, 85023, 85028, 85029, 85032, 85044, 85048, 85050, and 85339. Paradise Valley Village, up near Tatum and Cactus, is part of Phoenix and part of this service area. The Town of Paradise Valley is a separate municipality around Mummy Mountain, and it has its own page.

Yes. We regularly work with families coming home from Banner University Medical Center and the other hospitals in the Valley, and communicate with care teams as directed by the family. We do not provide medical care ourselves.
Arizona does not license non-medical home care agencies, so there is no state license to look up. The standard that matters is the one an agency holds itself to. Every Wellby caregiver carries a current Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card from the Department of Public Safety, which is issued only after a state and federal criminal history check. Arizona requires that card for state-contracted care. We require it for all of ours. Wellby is also insured and bonded.
